Twenty-four hours ago I found out that Jung Hoo Lee's season was over. He needs surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder. In the interim the Giants scored twenty-four runs against the Colorado Rockies. That's over two games of course but as the Giants were averaging fewer than four runs per game it's a big deal. They've now scored 193 runs on the season (47 games) and the 24 runs from the previous two games represents 12% of their seasonal output.
